Coins Pub & Restaurant - "No Mumbo...Just Jumbo!"
As we rolled into Ocean City last Thursday night, we stopped at Coins Pub & Restaurant on Coastal Highway and 28th Street. I was in the mood for a good crab cake. I like a crab cake that is made with crab lumps and virtually no filler, and Coins served me exactly that.
On Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday from 5 pm to 9pm, Coins offers 1/2 price entrees. If you order a crab or steak entree, you add $4. For about $15.00, I had two delicious crab cakes with a salad and baked potato. Happy Hour is daily from 3 to 6 pm with drink and food specials. They also offer an Early Bird menu from 4 pm to 6 pm.
Wednesday night is prime rib night. Sink your teeth into a 16 ounce prime rib for only $13.99. Coins has a bar and dining area. They have 5 big screens to watch your favorite sports, keno and Buzztime Trivia. Although if you're sitting at the bar and Kathy happens to be bartending, that's all the entertainment you'll need!
