The Best Chocolate Snowball - King Kone
My daughter and I took a nice walk up to 143rd Street the other night to visit one of our favorite places....King Kone. This little shop packs them in every night during the summer. We ordered chocolate snowballs with marshmallow and enjoyed every rich chocolate spoonful. King Kone does not dilute their flavorings and are very generous with their servings.
They also make sundaes, shakes, ice cream cones and cups of ice cream with toppings. They even have a milkshake with a sundae in the bottom of the cup! Even though the place is usually crowded, you won't wait long...the owners and their help are fast and efficient so the line moves quickly.
King Kone is in a strip mall across from the movie theater at 143rd Street and Coastal Highway. You'll know you're at the right place when you see King Kong standing outside the door!
