Liquid Assets - Wine, Martini's and Great Food in Ocean City, Maryland
Liquid Assets Wine & Martini Bar is a liquor store with a bar and seating area in the middle of the store. You can dine at a table or sip your martini while relaxing on a comfy sofa or chair. If you enjoy wine and cheese, Liquid Assets has over 1600 wines and 20 or more (didn't count them!) varieties of cheese. You can order a cheese board with either three ( $13) or five ( $18 ) types of cheese which you select. Fresh fruit and compote are arranged on the board along with the cheese.
The menu featured salads, seafood, steak and fish. We were there for lunch so my husband chose a L.A. Burger served with sweet onion relish and cheddar cheese with thick cut fries ($10). It was huge and delicious. I ordered their Deluxe Grilled Cheese. On that day it had prosciutto, pears and cheese grilled on pane dolce (pumpkin bread with raisins and herbs) ($10) and I enjoyed every bite! The menu has several appetizers as well as entrees like Pan Roasted Scallops with wild mushroom risotto and Fennel Crusted Ahi Tuna with confit potatoes.
