City Cafe
What more could modern day, city traveling, young adults like more than a restaurant/coffee shop/bar? City Cafe, nestled neatly into Downtown Baltimore offers all these things in a modern sophistication that doesn't gouge you're wallet for every cents you have.
In our most recent excursion to the city, my friends and I stopped twice into this little cafe to grab some much needed caffeine and some very tasty snacks. The cafe itself was very modern in the music playing in the background and stylish seatings across the way. It held a normal yet sophisticated coffee shop feel with a variety of drinks to order and an even larger variety of ways to spice and prepare them. My friends and I opted to get just a normal iced coffee because it was scorching that day but it was delicious all the same.
Later during our Pride visitation, we went back to the City Cafe for a light and late dinner before heading back out for the home stretch of the party. I personally ordered the Bodie Salad for dinner, and let me tell you how amazing it was. We also ordered a plate of Vegetarian Nachos and devoured them in seconds of arriving on our table. All and all I'd say that the City Cafe is one of my favorite little shops in Baltimore, of course you'll have to check it out for yourself to be sure.
