Located in the heart of Mt Vernon, The Brewer's Art remains my favorite restaurant in Baltimore. The scene is eclectic, low lighting with constantly changing artwork decorating the walls. There are two bars located on the premises but the restaurant portion of the establishment remains quiet, romantic, and conducive to a nice night on the town. The menu is ever changing European style food which is spectacular. I have never had a meal there that wasn't amazing. They brew their own beer which is also wonderful. I recommend Resurrection, an amber ale. The bar downstairs attracts the local younger crowd and serves a variety of light fare, while the upstairs bar attracts more young professionals. Check it out, I guarantee it will not disappoint.
