If you live in Louisville or are just visiting, you will really miss out if you don't visit a Louisville Original.
The Louisville Originals are a group of locally owned restaurants that service the town. The menus are unique, the food almost always superb, and the atmospheres are warm and friendly. These are a group of restaurants that not only want you to visit them, but want you to come back again and again.
There are so many choices for eating out in this town, so why always go with a national chain when you have local flavor in every part of town? Don't get me wrong...I love the Carrabas and Papa Johns out there, but every now and then, it's nice to try something unique, get a "taste" of Louisville, and support local business owners at the same time.
