Sari Sari will not leave you Sorry

Whoa, baby.  I know good food when I find it.

Imagine my surprise when a group of downtown intellectuals keen on green living suggested we travel not by foot to a nearby downtown eatery, but that we burn petrol to the near-east End of Louisville, Frankfort Ave, to be exact, to visit a little Filipino joint with a buffet the size of a hotdog cart.  Our legion of hungry eggheads was ...

Louisville Slugger Museum

It's going...going...gone!  Downtown, baby!

The Louisville Zoo

What does a Komono Dragon, an Albino Alligator and a Tarantula have in common? They're all residents of The Louisville Zoo!

My wife and I recently visited our zoo for the first time, and what a nice surprise! There was a great assortment of animals from all over the globe, and the layout of the exhibits was very nice. There were several indoor pavillions showcasing different species, and even a special ...

Dinner and a Movie

I love the movies. Action flicks, comedies, dramas, and yes...even the occasional "chick flick" when seen with my wife. The only thing I love as much as a good movie, is good food, and nothing goes together better than dinner and a movie. One Louisville cinema gives you both in one shot!

The Stonybrook Cinema DeLux on Hurstbourne (formerly the Showcase Cinemas), has one of this towns best kept secrets right ...
