Looking for a nice place the whole family can enjoy, especially the kiddie's?  Discover the Hawaii Children's Discovery Center.  In this interactive setting kids can really explore and learn.  Don't touch is not the rule in this museum, in fact using all the senses is encouraged.  The center has galleries filled with hands-on exhibts where they can learn about themselves and the world around them.

It's not too late to take advantage of the 13th annual Honolulu Festival.  The festival started March 9th and will end Sunday the 11th.  The festival showcases Japanese culture in particular , but also includes Hawaii and other Pacific Rim cultures.  The festival is held at various locations; the convention center, Ala Moana Center, Waikiki and culminates in a big parade in Waikiki.   Admission is free for all locations.

Often times, when someone mentions Ala Moana, it is automatically linked to Ala Moana Shopping Center. The shopping mall is definitely one of the biggest in the USA and the most popular to the tourists in Honolulu. Oahu has several beaches.
