Baby and Family Expo
If you are looking for a family friendly activity this weekend, look no further. The 5th annual baby and family expo at Great Explorations in St. Petersburg is this Saturday, May 12th. From contests to giveaways, this is the perfect to spend time with your family and enjoy all the exhibits that Great Explorations has to offer.
The lengthy schedule of events include storybook readings by Mix 100.7 personalities as well as science exhibitions that will teach your children interesting experiments. The big headline events of the day will be the diaper derby and the pop star contest.
The diaper derby will be at 11am and is sponsored by Huggies. There will be three age groups (3-6 months, 7-9 months, and 10-12 months) that will be competing for the finish line for a chance to score free diapers and other prizes. The Kids Pop Star contest will be in the afternoon and is open to children ages 3 to 12.
