Suncoast Resort & Hotel - An Open-Minded Resort
The Suncoast Resort & Hotel, located in St. Petersburg (just 20 minutes west of Tampa), is the world's largest all gay resort and entertainment complex. It is strictly for adults 21 and over and ID is required.
It features 120 room and suites, the Flamingo Restaurant, 5 bars, an all gay shopping mall, heated pool, 9 tennis courts, leather bar & shop, 2 white sand volleyball courts, a live theater, meeting and convention facilities and is conveniently located to many local attractions.
The Resort, as locals refer to it, is an older hotel that surrounds an outdoor courtyard. The rooms and suites are located on the second floor while the courtyard, pool, volleyball courts, shops, restaurant and bars occupy the ground level.
The Flamingo Restaurant, a full-service restaurant, has indoor and outdoor dining in a relaxed atmosphere. It features various selections to choose from for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Suncoast Eagle - Leather bar
The Tiki Bar - Outdoor, Island-type bar
Club 100 - After-hours dance club and bar
Some of the shops include MC Film Festival, David Reynolds Fine Jewelry, Adrian Howard Galleries, The Emporium and ASAP (AIDS Service Association of Pinellas, Inc.)
Gypsy Productions, Inc. is the live theatre company on the grounds which features live theatrical productions throughout the year.
Rooms and suites at the hotel range in price from $49/night to $89/night and are very basic. The Resort is known more for partying than spending the night.
The Suncoast Resort & Hotel caters more towards gay men, but many in the GLBT community gather here and are welcomed with opened arms, hearts and minds.
