Woody's Waterfront Cafe' and Beach Bar
Woody's is a popular hang out for locals and visitors that return year after year. I met friends there tonight for fun and we enjoyed their great cheeseburgers and spicy wings. They like to advertise that they are "so close to the water that your burger might get wet." That is absolutely true.
You can sit outside on the deck and be up close and personal to the inlet to the Gulf of Mexico. We actually saw dolphins and watched the boats as they went by coming in and going out to the Gulf. It is a perfect place to relax with friends and celebrate the sunset. They offer live music Wednesday through Sunday.
They even have several televisions inside the café. It is a terrific place to watch a televised sporting event. Woody's is located just off Blind Pass at 7308 Sunset Way on St. Pete Beach. I hope to see you there when you're in town. Come and join the fun!
