A Sunday afternoon in the park

What’s better than an afternoon walk around Downtown Orlando’s Lake Eola? Add some great local foods and you’ve got a typical Sunday in Downtown Orlando.
The Eola Sunday Market offers a taste of small town hospitality with a dash of urban zest. Where else can you taste gourmet soup and fresh squeezed orange juice at the same place? Not only are the foods unique to the market and sometimes only found at the market, but, the prices aren’t too bad either. The market, which is located on Central Blvd not only sells food but, homemade art and crafts as well.

If you are looking for a free afternoon attraction that gives you the urban hometown feel, The Eola market is right up your alley.

Downtown Orlando is great for locals and tourists. The variety of shops scattered around the downtown area provide just about everything people could be looking for. What some people don’t realize is that many of the small downtown shops are struggling right now to keep their stores open because of the difficult economic times that America is having. I would definitely suggest that some of these small businesses invest in advertising to help bring in more customers. Florida is not bringing in as many tourists as we are used to and it is affecting the local businesses. Advertising can help some of these businesses get noticed and raise their business profits to save them from having to close down like so many other businesses have recently had to. Check out Royallmedia.com if you are a business that is currently struggling.
