Aloha Hawaiian Fusian

One of my favorite restaurants in the Orlando area is Roy's Restaurant. Roy's offers Hawaiian Fusian cuisine. What is Hawaiian Fusian cuisine? In one word . . . delicious. The Hawaiian Fusian Cuisine at Roy's features blends of European sauces and Asian spices with a focus on seafood.
Before my first visit to Roy's I had never had Mahi Mahi, but after reading the description on the menu I had to try it! It is a macadamia nut encrusted mahi mahi served with a lobster butter sauce. It is divine. I am totally hooked! My husband loves the short ribs! For dessert having the Melting Hot Chocolate Souffle will not disappoint.

The restaurant is truly beautiful, the decor is just mesmerizing and totally indulgent. While you are there it is so easy to escape into this Hawaiian retreat. Not to mention living in Orlando provides an extra perk, the prix fixe menu, some locations do not offer this! Roy's is definitely the best we have seen! For approximately $33 dollars, varies by location, you get a special appetizer (a sampling), your choice of entree (from a limited list of classic dishes) and a choice of desert (melting chocolate souffle or macadamia nut almond tort.) The average dinner cost per person is $45 per person.
In addition to the classics, Roy's menu is constantly changing and every night you are sure to find something especially wonderful and unique!
I strongly suggest reservations, (407) 352-4844! If you are celebrating a special event, let them know in advance. They always do something nice, maybe a balloon on your table or a special print out in the menu. When you go to Roy's they treat you like family and make every dinning experience a memory!
Roy's is located at 7760 West Sand Lake Road, in a shopping center at the corner of Sand Lake and Dr. Phillips. Of course, there are locations all over, not just in Orlando! See their website for more information www.roysrestaurant.com ! Let me know what you think after you go!
