The Spiral Circle
If you are looking for a good self-help or alternative therapy read then the Spiral Circle is for you. The Spiral Circle is much more than a bookstore though! You would be remiss to not take some time out to spend looking through the shelves and getting to know the people. Spiral Circle is a spiritual center offering classes and group gatherings. Their website, www.spiralcircle.com, has an events calendar that is updated monthly. I have attended many events and have yet to be disappointed. I suggest going with a friend though as I have heard about some incidents late at night after classes!
Upon entering the store the energy is immediately noticed by most. You cannot help but feel calm and peaceful while you meander through the store. They sell incense, candles, oils, a few natural bath and body items, and some natural health remedies as well. Their wares do not stop there, you can also pick up stones, crystals, pendulums, cards, CD’s, candle holders, jewelry and of course books too!
Beverly, the owner, is always welcoming and makes you feel great for visiting! I always end up picking up more items then I went for but never disappointed to do so! Visit them yourselves on the web or in person at 750 North Thornton Avenue, Orlando, Florida 32803. They have a lot of really cool items for sale and it is just down the block from the Dandelion Communitea Café … how convenient!
