Where would you find a waiting list for a table at a fast food joint?  Kokoriko!  This Colombian chicken chain recently opened up a store near Dadeland Mall - and the local Colombians are going crazy.  I visited last Saturday and had to wait in outside a full 30 minutes just to get a table.  I have to say, it was worth the wait just for the caramel flan.  Oh, and the chicken is really good too.
