Colorado Pet Expo
One of the many wonderfully unique attributes of Denver and Colorado as a whole is our collective love of animals. People love their dogs, their cats, their horses, you name it. It's a state for animal lovers, and it's easily one of the more dog-friendly urban areas in the country.
If you are one of the many animal supporters here in town, check out the Colorado Pet Expo, this weekend, March 10th and 11th, at the Colorado Convention Center in Denver. The Expo features more than 100 exhibits, numerous demonstrations, entertainment for the whole family, and plenty of tasty concessions. Exhibits will include rescue organizations, breeding clubs, pet photography, and a ton of other pet-related services. Admission is $8 for adults, and only $5 for the kids, and if you're pre-registered (check the web site) you can bring your own pet along for all the fun.
