Barb and Julie are enjoying a Jin Shin Jitzu – An ancient eastern Asian healing art of harmonizing the life energy and balancing your body, mind, and spirit.
Mitch called and is coming down for the pre-racing season - it's only 11 weeks and 8 days until opening day. It seems he owns a couple of horses that are starting and wants to check in on them.
He wondered if the four of us couldn't get together again - San Francisco had been fun, inspite of the mix-up and frumpy antique shops.
I'm not hanging out in the "eucalyptus steam room"; however, Mitch and I are having a warming and relaxing eucalyptus scrub - here at the Inn they call it a "La Morada." Barb and Julie are practicing Jin Shin Jitzu: An ancient oriental healing art of harmonizing your life energy, by balancing your body, mind, and spirit.
As we all do I suppose sometime, Mitch wanted to stay at the "most private place possible"; and of course I knew just the place - talk about an "out of the way place."![]()
I recommend for dinner starters the Roasted Beets Salad - for the simple reason that the Candied Pecans, Goat Cheese, and Port Wine Vinaigrette is tantalizing.
The Dinner menus are comparable with some of the best in San Diego - be sure and visit if you are in the area, if not, plan a trip, you won't be disappointed, promise.
As always - in pursuit of service and elegance.
Bon Appétit
