Take a look at the local newspaper, Palo Alto Weekly, with special attention to their Things To Do section. The newspaper comes out twice a week on Wednesdays and Fridays. It's distributed for free and available at all the local libraries, and many coffee shops. The main library is near the corner of Newell and Embarcadero Road:

We have so many gorgeous days like this that you might think I'd stop appreciating them. I haven't. But I'm definitely spoiled. Yesterday it was rainy. Not torrential rain. Just drizzle.
