French Cuisine - Laguna Beach, CA
Are you looking for romantic fine dining in Laguna Beach? Just steps from the beach, fine dining in the style of a cool jazzy 1940's restaurant can be found a French 75.

Above Laguna's main beach is Las Brisas, a resturant with one of the largest patios in Laguna Beach overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Gourmet Mexican food and drinks are their specialty, but the view is what makes this one of the best places in Laguna for lunch or Sunday Brunch.
Enchiladas de Congrejo (crab enchiladas) is my perennial order when I sit down to eat at Taco Rosa. Taco Rosa is truly a hidden gem. Though a little off the beaten path the cozy atmosphere and delicious meals of savory Mexican food have yet to be bested by any other Mexican restaurant I've found here in the O.C. (and there are quite a few).
Traveling on a budget? Think staying in a romantic Laguna Beach hotel right on the Pacific Coast Highway will cost too much?
La Casa del Camino is certainly not the largest or most publicized hotel in Laguna, but between the dark wood, orchid and candle lined lobby of this Spanish mission style hotel in the heart of Laguna Beach is definitely a great place ...
At Mutt's you'll find a great local scene just beach side of the ocean making it a great place to grab breakfast or lunch after a Newport surf session. A casual bar with some of the best food at the pier Mutt's is full of personality, with witty quips about beer and fun are always posted on their outdoor marquee.
The Orange county Museum of art is defiantly a hip place to spend the day wandering around and taking in the unique Southern California art with a permanent collection of 'California Modern' work. But a late night Thursday with free admission, live music from local Indie bands and vinyl spun by local DJs in a contemporary setting makes this a great place to get ready for the weekend and enjoy a little of the local culture.
A cozy place to unwind on Wednesday night in the O.C? Well for an intimate setting with a little live music, fireplace, excellent service, great drinks and food... (and of coarse a couple of HD flat-panels to watch the game) The Landmark Steakhouse is my favorite mid-week place to relax.
