Hats of to Chris Miller
It is not often that one gets to blog about a friend. However a big round of applause is due to Chris Miller, the new Harbor Resources Manger for the City of Newport Beach. His promotion was announced Friday in the Daily Pilot.
After years of dealing with press coverage and residents and much ribbing from friends regarding the barking seals Chris truly deserves the promotion. Chris is an athletic outdoorsmen who will take great care of the harbor.
Best of all, he gets to wear shorts to work and spend most days outside.
