Bungalow Restaurant Bombed out
As is usual when friends visit from out of town you go out to dinner. The Bungalow restaurant had been suggested to them and as we had never been there before it was an opportunity to try a new restaurant.
The restaurant has a selection of steak cuts along with lamb, poultry and seafood. Four of us ordered steak and the other two people ordered lamb.
The steak entrees started at $35. All of us were disappointed with our steak. My husband and I had a New York cut. While the portions were large, almost too large, the steak was tasteless. Not even adding salt and pepper could bring any flavor to a bland serving. My girlfriend had the filet mignon and did not eat it. It was rather tough and unappetizing.
Between the six of us the bill came to almost $400. While the company was great, none of us will be returning to the Bungalow again.
