Come support a good cause and scavenger away.  When is the last time you participated in a scavanger hunt by the beach? The Orange Country Pacific Symphony's young professionals support group is presenting it's thrid annual Balboa Scavenger Hunt at  2 p.m. on June 2nd at the Newport Harbor Nautical Museum, 600 E. Bay Ave.

Tickets are $30 for members and $40 for non-memberrs.  Proceeds benefit music programs for middle school children ...

Come enjoy the wild life paddle under the moonlight on the a kayak on the Back Bay.  A departure is set for May 31st from 7-9:00 p.m.  This will be a special evening as a Blue Moon is set for 8:11 p.m.  This is a great program for children 8 and up, adults of course are welcome.

For a different summer experience drive over to the Orange County Art Museum and sit out on the patio and enjoy an outdoor film every other Thrusday nonw through August.

Before each movie screening there will be a live question and answer period with filmakers and an opportunity to explore the exhibits.

Pack a picnic and head to Fashion Island for a summer evening concert.    Former Monkee's drummer Mickey Dolenz will kick off the summer series on July 11th. 

Other bands include '80's pop band Berlin, Grammy Winner Poncho Sanchez and his Latin jazz band (he has performed here numerous times over the past summers), and the fab Four a Beatles tribute band.
