Executive Chef Alan Kantor and the MacCallum House will be teaming up with Terri Pischoff Wuerthner, author of IN A CAJUN KITCHEN, for a Cajun evening at the Mac House. Spicy Cajun Pecans, and wine and beer that complement Cajun cuisine, will be featured in the Grey Whale Bar & Café, where Terri will be available throughout the evening to discuss Cajun food and history, and sign books. In addition to the regular menu, Chef Kantor will feature a selection of recipes from the book, including Dungeness crab, to celebrate the 8th Annual Mendocino Crab & Wine Days Festival.
IN A CAJUN KITCHEN was one of the 19 cookbooks that made the New York Times Holiday Roundup--their list of the top cookbooks 2006.
