Karaoke Thursdays at Hamburger Mary's
Hamburger Mary's, located at Sweetzer and Santa Monica Blvd. in the heart of West Hollywood, is a raucous gay-friendly establishment with delicious drinks, great burgers, and fun theme nights. Wednesdays are Bingo nights, hosted by Belle-Aire, a hilarious drag queen with a biting humor, and are co-hosted by a D-List celebrity. (Well, Paris Hilton co-hosted once.) There are some seriously good prizes to be won, and the money for Bingo all goes to different charitable organizations.
Thursdays, though, are my favorite: karaoke. Hamburger Mary's is probably the only karaoke place that will actually get me to sing. Probably a mix of the flowing alcohol and upbeat atmosphere, but you ALWAYS have a good time singing up on stage--even if Belle-Aire tells you never to sing again when you're finished.
Hamburger Mary's has it all: great food, great drinks, friendly staff, and a guaranteed great time!
