Gondola Getaway - Cruise the Canals of Naples Island

Climb aboard an authentic Venetian gondola for a one-hour cruise along the tranquil waterways of Long Beach’s famed Naples Island resort area. Passengers will be treated to bread, cheese and salami, a charming journey down the luxurious canals of the city, and even a serenade by one of the Getaway’s expert gondoliers.
Established in 1982 as a marketing project, the owners of the Gondola Getaway have successful reinvented and delivered this 1,000-year-old tradition to Long Beach. The cruises are offered everyday of the week between 11:00am and 11:00pm, each outing lasting approximately one hour. The Getaway recommends making reservations at least 2 to 3 weeks prior to the desired date of your cruise. Reservations can be made between 9:00am and 5:00pm by calling 562-433-9595.
Prices for the cruises are:
- 2 to 6 people - $75 for two, and $20 for each additional passenger
- 7 to 19 people - $25 per person
- 20 to 4 people - $20 per person
