Rockett's Radio City Christmas Spectular



New York City at Christmas is a magical place to be.  There is Times Square all lit up, Rockerfeller skating rink and the Rocketts.  

If you cannot make it to New York for Christmas or do not want to put on your galoshes and gloves you are in luck.  The Rocketts are coming to Segerstrom Hall from December 13-30 to put on their dazzling show.

Tickets range from $25-$75.

Cirque de Soleil Coming to Town



Montreal, Canada's Cirque de Soliel will be coming to town on November 9th under the big tent.  Cirque de Soliel is the circus for adults, with artists that can contort their bodies in more poses than offerered in a yoga class.

Wicked at the Pantages Theater



Wicked, the Broadway Musical is based on Gregory Maguire's book. The musical tells the story of the two witches, Glinda the Good witch of the East,  who is oh so Popular and Elphaba, the Wicked Witch of the West, who is as green and steamed as an artichoke.

Cruise for a Cure



This Saturday the Orange County Fairgrounds will have more than 3,500 cars and trucks on display from 7 am to 5pm.  There will be entertainment and live bands.  All proceeds go to the UCLA Johnson Cancer Center.

Festival of Arts



Children are going to love this month long celebration at South Coast Plaza which will run throughout the month of September.  There will be interactive displays for the children alon with world music, magicicians, multiple dance groups face paintings and a variety of arts and crafts activies.

Elvis is still Alive



Sunday will be the 30th anniversary of Elvis's death.  To mark the event the Orange County Fairgrounds is hosting an Elvis Fest from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

So put on your blue suede shoes and get ready to move those hips at the sing competition.  The day will also feature a stilt-walking Elvis and impersonators including 7 year old Ryan Rose from Las Vegas.

Charity Chili Cook-Off



If you think that a bowl of chili and a cold beer is a great combination then get yourself down to Hi-Time Wine Cellars in Costa Mesa on Aug 26th for the Charity Chili Coof Off.  Hi-Times will be raising money for the Boys and Girls Club.  To keep the festivities in high spirits there will be a live band.
