Calling themselves the OFFICIAL Orange County New Years celebration there will be a New Years eve party hosted at the Verizon Ampitheater. There has been lots of controversy with the celebration. First the promotors could not find a venue. Ring in the New Years Mardi Gras style at the Orange County Fairgrounds from 7:30 until 12:30 p.m. The celebration will borrow themes Brazil's and New Orleans Mardi Gras.

There is a home at the corner of Wilson and Santa Ana in Eastside Costa Mesa that lights up the block each Christmas. Charlie Brown and the peanut gang are there to wish everyone a very Merry Christmas.

Only in Hollywood would Bob Barker "The Price is Right" be hosting a Christmas parade. If you love spotting the celebraties then the Hollywood Christmas Parade is your opportunity to come a see one as many celebraties will be participating in the parade.

I am not sure if I think of ice cream as a Christmas treat but we do live in California. As such, the OCC theater company is having a sing a long for children and ice cream social. Children can sing to the music enjoy a drama and lick their cones.
