Los Angeles Times Festival of Books



For anyone and everyone that loves books, the Los Angeles Times Festival of Books is a wonderful time.  Attendees can go book spotting at America's largest book event.   There will be numerous authors on hand to discuss their books and hundreds of books.

Tet Celebrations



Tet, the most important holiday in Vietnam, marking the New Year, is this Thursday Febraury 7th.  The Vietanmese base their holiday on the Chinese lunar calender.  In Southern California we are fortunate as Little Saigon in Westminister has one of the largest Vietanmese communities outside of Vietnam.  To celebrate Tet, Vietnamese spend the holiday with family.
