U2 3D
U2 has been my favorite band for years, with one short disappointment years ago. I was an undergraduate student many years ago when I first heard their music. Sitting in our coffee shop I still remember telling a friend I really liked U2 and he said the same to me. The server thought we were cute, until I explained to him that it was a band. Then MTV came along and everyone knew the band. I still remember the video they spontaneously made atop a rooftop in LA.
This past weekend they premeired the movie made in conjunction with National Geographic Entertainment. I was not at the Sundance Film Festival so I have yet to see the movie. From the photos it seems everyone had a great time.
They movie will debut at The Bridge in Los Angeles on January 23 and at the Spectrum in Irvine on February 15th.
