Yoga While You Travel

One of the more frustrating aspects of travel, whether it be business or pleasure is keeping up with your regular exercise routine. It is often too difficult to do_by the time you find a class you have already missed it.

If you practice yoga here are some sites to help you say Namaste when you are on the road. Depending on your style of yoga there are websites for almost every style listing qualified instructors and international directors. For Ashtanga visit www.ashtanga.com, or Bikram, www.bikramyoga.com. Followers of pilates can find a certified instructor on www.pilatesmethodalliance.org

If you have access to a DVD player then by some DVD's and take them along with you so you can practice yoga in your hotel room. While I am not of fan of doing yoga on my own, a solo session is better than skipping it alt together. For power yoga, consider Baron Bapiste's DVD. If Vinyasa is your style then buy one of Cyndi Lee's DVD.
