The Ball will Drop for New Years
Calling themselves the OFFICIAL Orange County New Years celebration there will be a New Years eve party hosted at the Verizon Ampitheater. There has been lots of controversy with the celebration. First the promotors could not find a venue. It was going to be hosted in South County-however that was cut short given the proximity to homes and the concern of people driving drunk on the Ortega Highway. Another bash is being hosted at the Orange County Fairgrounds, and each is accusing the other of trying to steal their thunder.
The Orange County Ball Drop will feature a Bourbon Street, different bands and live entertainment.
