The Holiday Season is upon us and it is time to start the arts and crafts. Piecemakers can help you with decorating your home or making gifts.
Piecemakers was in the news earlier this year as one of their members ended up in jail. Apparently they were selling food and would not let the health inspectors onto their property. I am not sure what followed, but one of their members, a 60 year old plus woman ended up in custody. I only mention this because I picked up their newspaper and there is now a section on jails and prisons. Which is an unique combination, arts, crafts, jails and prisons.
Should you enjoy quilting they have an exhaustivem selection of fabrics, ribbons, and lace. If you do not know how to quilt you are in luck as they have quilting lessons and can direct you to quilt fairs.
The store also has a wonderful selection of embroidery, buttons, clay and beads. You can take lessons or join them for a project at the store. There is also a knitting section, however I think that there are other stores in the area with a better selection of yarn
