Pho 99 Noodle and Grill
One of the advantages of living in Southern California is the selection of ethnic food. Little Saignon, in Westminister it's selection of Vietanmese restaurants. Depending on your palate you can choose between restaurants serving food indigenous to the Northern or Southern areas of Vietnam.
If you do not want to go to Westminister, you can visit Pho 99 Noodle and Grill on Harbor Blvd. The restuarant serves various dishes on beds of rice or noodles. The house specialty is a North Vietanmese Beef Noodle Soup. Pho, is just that, a bowl of soup, usually with meat served with noodles. The soup comes with herbs, lime and a variety of sauces. You add the sauces and herbs according to your taste.
In Vietnam, you see vendors everywhere selling Pho on the streets.
