Oreo Pizza?????
Yes, you have read the header correctly. Domino's Pizza has debuted the all new Oreo Pizza. Everyone loves pizza right? Apparently not so. The Oreo Pizza is not stacking up.
As a child I loved Oreos. I would split the cookie apart, savoring the creamy icinig filling. However that was years ago and I can no longer remember the last time I had an Oreo.
Over the past decade Oreos have received their share of negative publiclity. They are supposedly laden with trans fat. Not that there is any fat that is good for human consumption but trans fat is supposed to be one of the worse. I believe that at one point there was even a lawsuit involving Oreos. As if the little cookie had the power to shout out eat me, I am bad for you. At county fairs around the country Oreos were the first food in the fascination of what can we fry and have humans consume race. A fried Oreo sounds absolutly disgusting to me.
Domino's Pizza has topped off the fried Oreo concept. They have come up with the Oreo Dessert Pizza. Nothing could sound less appetizing. From the reviews on the web, that is pretty much how the pizza is described. There is nothing tasty about a dried Oreo crushed onto a pizza. The good thing is you can have it delivered to your house in it's own box. After the first bite you can leave the rest in the box to throw out.
Give me a pizza with mushrooms, pepperonis and green olives any time. That is a Pizza.
