Doria's Haus of Pizza: Family Style Pizza and Pasta
Doria's Hause of Pizza is a wonderful family run pizza place. The restaurant is known for its pizza and pasta. Every evening except Friday night there is a daily pasta special. The price is always right-daily specials average around $5.00.
As you approach the restuarant the scent of the pizza aroma welcomes you at the door. Be patient and prepare to wait a while, there is usually a wait.
Tables are decorated with the familiar red and white checkered table clothes. The walls are adorned with memoriabilia from patrons .
Doria opened the first restaurant in Long Beach before moving the restaurant to Costa Mesa.
There are two Haus of Pizza in Orange County, Doria's Haus of Pizza is the original Haus of Pizza, not to be confused with the one in Garden Grove. They copied the name but are not affiliated with Doria's in Costa Mesa. It is a common problem that patrons order to go placing an order in Garden Grove and showing up in Costa Mesa for the food. We made the mistake this past weekend.
