Touring the Harbor in a Duffy Boat
A fun way to sail around the Newport Harbor is by renting an electric duffy boat. The Newport Harbor has plenty of sights that are worth checking out. Pack a picnic and bring some sodas and enjoy sailing around the harbor. While on the Harbor you can check out the fun zone, with the ferris wheel, possibly sight some of the famous seals that have raised quite a ruckus with the neighbours or check out the island where John Wayne used to live.
No experience is needed to manuever the boat around the Harbor. As a side reference you must stay in the harbor, no sailing out to sea.

At Christmas time, there is the famous Newport Beach Boat parade. If you are not fortunate enough to be aboard one of the boats in the parade, a duffy boat is a good substitute. You can sail around the larger boats and enjoy the lights.
