Trattoria Pina Italian Restaurant
One of my favorite restaurant patios to sit on and enjoy a glass of wine while I wait for my meal is Trattoria Pina Italian Restaurant at 5541 North Swan Road, (Southwest corner of Sunrise and Swan). As a matter of fact, my husband and I hosted our rehearsal dinner there five years ago and have been back several times since. Our friends and family still talk about that evening of free flowing wine, lasagna, and the dessert, oh the dessert. Request the Pope's Pillow. Trust me.
When we go I order the Caprese (fresh tomatoes and mozzarella, basil, olive oil) or the Bruschetta before hand. I have to say my favorite main dish is the Fettuccine Tutto Bene (chicken strips, mushrooms, sun-dried tomatoes, artichokes, aurora sauce) but my husband likes the heavier, meatier dishes. Whatever you decide you will not be disappointed.
