Get On The Trolley!
The Sedona Trolley is the best first thing to do upon your initial arrival. They provide two separate tours each lasting just under an hour. The tours are fully narrated with loads of information about history, geology, climate, wildlife, hiking and biking trails, dining, and more.
The first tour, "A", focuses on the south side of town near Tlaquepaque, Gallery Row, and the Chapel of the Holy Cross providing excellent photo opportunities. Tour "B" heads west our of town into the Dry Creek Valley and Boynton Canyon. This tour also provides many great chances to take pictures. Each tour is reasonably priced, and even discounted if both are purchased as a packaged deal.
