The Coffee Pot Restaurant

The Coffee Pot Restaurant is an older and established location in Sedona, getting its name from the nearby Coffee Pot Rock that is shaped like, you guess it, a coffee pot.  Since there are no windows in the dining area, you'll find no redrock views here, but the interior decor and murals will be a nice change.

The claim to fame at this restaurant is their 101 omelettes, each listed on the menu, some of which don't even seem like they'd make good omelette combinations (peanut butter and banana?).  This certainly isn't your average high-class restaurant you'd find at more expensive Sedona dining establishments, but they make a good breakfast and the number of people waiting during peak times seem to enjoy the variety.
