Soothing Sedona Massages

Northern Arizona Massage Therapy Institute, otherwise known as NAMTI, is a massage therapy school located in west Sedona.  One of the things I sought out years ago was a place to get a massage.  What could be better than a comforting and relaxing massage nestled in the red rocks of Sedona?

At NAMTI, you can experience both a relaxing massage and reduced rates because the massage therapists are students.  But don't let that fool you; they are excellent at what they do.  You have your choice of a variety of massage types, including Swedish, deep tissue, hot stones, and more; all in a soothing and relaxing atmosphere with new age music playing quietly in the background.

You can visit NAMTI's website for full details.

I went to the Sedona's New Day Spa and it was not a good expeirence and was expensive. I had the stone massage and I have to say it was not what I thought it would be. The Spa is also under construction and does not create the tranquil environment I envisioned. We went to Sedona Rouge Spa for facials and by far the best experience I have ever had at a Spa, the best service, environment, and price. I would definetly recommend The Rouge Spa for any treatment, they were the best. Ask for Meg for a facial, she did an excellent job, will go back the next time I go. We also went to Fango Day Spa for reflexology and the experience was okay, I did not feel it was the best it could have been, I would have liked more massage and less holding or rubbing. I would recommend The Rouge, by far the best experience for us.
