Fuchsia Spa: A Luxury Spa for Everyday Women

Finding time to go to a spa can be tough. Finding a spa that understands how hard it is to steal an hour for some well-deserved pampering is even tougher. The resort spas Phoenix is famous for are destinations in themselves often requiring a full, or at least a half, day commitment and costing hundreds of dollars. The day spas that can be found throughout the Valley run the gamut ...

Hot Foot! Sandals Need Sole in Phoenix

There's more to wearing sandals than just slipping a little something on your foot. With temperatures already climbing into triple-digits, however, you might want something more substantial, at least underfoot.

Papago Park Motel 6

I found one of the best hidden hotels for easy access to nearly anywhere in the Pheonix/Tempe/Scottsdale area. It is located right by Papago Park and blocks from the Oakland Athletics Spring Training facility.

The Motel 6 prices range from $47.69 - $67.99/night. I have stayed there and it has better than average rooms, with a swimming pool. The great thing is that it is close to Tempe's Mill Avenue, Old Scottsdale and only six miles from downtown Phoenix.
