Gilbert's Cosmo Dog Park Closed for Repairs



Repairs are underway at Gilbert's popular Cosmo Dog park. The facility, recognized by Dog Fancy magazine as one of the nation's top dog parks, will be closed through August 15, allowing the city to repair landscaping and increase the amount of shoreline along the lake for canine swimmers. Native American Demonstrations Mark Heard Museum West Anniversary

Old Bones, Digging Up a Very Different Arizona



May has been a very good month for Arizona geologists and paleontologists and it isn't even half over. It began with the discovery of camel bones, estimated to be around 10,000 years old, at a WalMart construction site in Mesa.
