Trapped in Whittier Again?
If you are in Whittier right now, you are trapped... again. Trapped in a relative way. You COULD get out by air or boat as long at Mount Redoubt stays quiet. But the road and thr train are completely shut down due to a rock slide that is up to three stories high in some places. The slide is inbetween the tunnels (there are two tunnels to get from Portage to Whittier), but the road and tracks are completely covered. So, stay cozied up in Whittier... news reports say it will be Wednesday before the path is cleared.
