Anchorage Schools are closed for the 3rd day in a row as Anchorage struggles with the unseasonably warm weather and high Chinook winds. The ice is mostly gone from the main roads and highways, but neighborhoods and the hillside and skating rinks. The high winds blow cars with little traction right off the roads.
