Free Mead in Anchorage
Have you ever wanted to try mead? Mead is a honey based "wine." It is good and sweet, just right for the holidays. Celestial Meads wants you to find that out first hand, so they are offering a Pre-Thanksgiving Open House at which they will be offering free mead tastings (along with snacks). The event will be held on Saturday (Nov. 22nd) from 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM at their new location (they moved last summer). The address is 600 W. 58th Ave. Stop by and try something new.
