Where do you go at -20 below?
It was -20 (F) when I woke up this morning. My first instinct was to blow off elementary school for my oldest and hunker down in my cozy little house. But we live in Alaska, so you can't let snow, cold, or mosquitoes (in summer) stop you from getting through your days or you'd never do anything. After completing our school drop off, I decided to take my preschooler out and about town. We hit the library and the Imaginarium (a kids science center downtown). I considered the museum, but I want to save that for later in the week so that we can catch the demonstrations for the Yuungnaqpiallerput Exhibit (check out my last blog for info on that).
