Her charming shop is small, but packed with great winter wear, including the best wool socks in town and cozy lambs wool slippers from New Zealand. Directly across the street from the Historic Anchorage Hotel and the Hilton, Pia's is within walking distance of all of the major downtown hotels. It is right next to the Bear and Raven Theatre and a block away from the Alaska Mint. Also on that block is the Ship Creek Shopping Center, which houses many craft shop's run by Alaska Native artisans. There is so much in a two block radius that you could spend an afternoon exploring and still not catch it all!
