Half Flat art exhibition, Nov 29 to Dec 20 2008
The Half Flat exhibition showcases personal canvas works of Koh Hong Teng, Sonny Liew, Tan Lun Cheak and Skan Srisuwan, all award-winning creators in their own fields, namely concept art, industrial design, and comics.
Also on display, in Singapore for the first time, from these artists are their commercial art: Koh's 'Clear Line' influenced portraits of the Heartlands; Liew’s twisted explorations of Science Fiction and Manga tropes; abstractions of mechaniod and organic forms by Tan and Skan.
Half Flat runs until December 20 at Black Earth Art Museum, 352 Joo Chiat Road.
Getting there: Take the MRT to Paya Lebar station. From here, either take a 15-minute walk down or hop in to a taxi.
