Ladies Nights in town
Female travellers, expatriates and residents of Singapore look forward to Ladies Nights on the island.
For one night of the week, designated by the club or bar, ladies enjoy complimentary entry to the club or bar. Further, depending on the club or bar, ladies will also enjoy a host of other benefits, such as a number of complimentary house-pouring drinks, discounts on drinks, or chances to win jewellery/spa treatments/hampers through weekly lucky draws.
Here are a selection of places to start the ladies off on their weekly jaunts, as well as entry charges for the males accompanying them:
- Attica (#01-03 Clarke Quay): Complimentary entry from 10pm to midnight every Wednesday. Weekly lucky draw prizes of diamond pendants, fragrances, photo printer, spa treatments, hair treatments, and more. Cover charge for men inclusive of two standard drinks is S$28.
- thumper (22 Scotts Road, 1st floor Goodwood Park Hotel): Complimentary entry and free flow of vodka the whole night from 9pm every Wednesday.
- Velvet Dragon (5 Magazine Road, #01-02/02 Ccentral Mall): Complimentary entry and free-flow of house-pour drinks every Wednesday. Cover charge for men inclusive of two standard drinks is S$18 after 10.30pm.
- insomnia @ Chijmes (30 Victoria Street, #01-21/22/23): Free flow of house-pouring drinks from 9pm to midnight every Wednesday; cover charge of S$20 applies. Here, the men also enjoy free flow of house-pouring drinks from 9pm to 11pm; cover charge of S$20.
- Heat Ultralounge (25 Scotts Road, 2nd floor Royal Plaza on Scotts): Free flow of house-pour drinks every Friday; cover charge of S$35 applies. Here too, the men also enjoy free flow of house-pouring drinks; cover charge of S$75.
- Ministry of Sound Singapore (Blk C, The Cannery @ Clarke Quay): Complimentary entry, plus two-for-the-price-of-one on house-pour drinks from midnight to close every Wednesday. Cover charge for men inclusive of two standard drinks is S$20.
- The Clinic (The Cannery @ Clarke Quay): Complimentary entry and complimentary drinks, plusor-the-price-of-one on house-pur drinks from midnight to close every Wednesday. Cover charge for men inclusive of two standard drinks is S$15.
- Barfly by Buddha Bar (The Cannery @ Clarke Quay): Complimentary entry every Wednesday. The first 300 ladies to enter in groups of four or more receive a complimetary bottle of Vladivar vodka.
