On the Move: The Concept Restaurant

This multi-cuisine vegetarian restaurant is located in Mumbai's very popular area, Prabhadevi- known for the most visited landmark of the city, Sidhivinayak Temple. The menu has Gujju, Italian, Mexican and Thai delicacies. Its combo meals are worth trying. Though well cooked food tastes good, limited variety could turn customers off. At least four-five times, I ordered Ghar-ka-khana combo meal (INR 95/-) in two months. To my disappointment, every time same aloo matter-ki-subji, moong-ki-dal and payaz & kheera raita were served. However, Paratha combo meals (INR 75/-), consisting of two stuffed parathas, dal makhani, salad, raita and pickle, has an option to choose from three different types of parathas (aloo/gobi/methi). Cheese and corn are major ingredients of most of the snacks available. But sandwich lovers can pick their favorite sandwich from fifteen varieties. Pizza, fresh juices, milk shakes, cold beverages and a few desserts are also on the menu. Ambience of this small eatery is very simple and dull. Space constraint is evident from very close table arrangement. Review of the restaurant would be incomplete without a mention of Rava-no-Handvo (INR 50/-), a traditional Gujarati item. I loved it the most.
